Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex monthly/quarterly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes for multi-entity portfolios
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Manage SOX compliance documentation and audit coordination
- Optimize accounting workflows using SAP and advanced Excel solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in complex financial reporting and consolidation methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in SAP FICO and Excel modeling
- Proven experience with SOX 404 compliance and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder presentations
