Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and financial modeling for executive reporting
- Collaborate with audit teams to ensure smooth external audit processes
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and documentation
- Mentor junior accountants and optimize financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate settings
- Expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience managing SOX compliance and internal audits
