Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain internal controls for SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Manage audit processes and documentation for external auditors
- Optimize financial systems and processes for operational efficiency
- Mentor junior accounting staff on technical best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel modeling
- Proven track record of audit management and process improvement
