Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with journal entries and reconciliations
- Manage SOX compliance documentation and internal controls testing
- Collaborate with audit teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Develop financial models for forecasting and variance analysis
- Mentor junior accountants and optimize accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Expertise in financial reporting systems (Oracle/SAP)
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA proficiency
- Strong SOX 404 compliance experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
