Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage complex reconciliations across general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting workflows
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations and support external audit requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting (SEC reporting a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience ideal)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Proven experience with process optimization and automation
