Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes with multi-entity consolidation
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial reporting systems
- Conduct variance analysis and deliver insightful financial performance reports
- Manage audit processes and coordinate with external auditors
- Optimize financial workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Mentor junior accounting staff and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or CMA preferred
- 5+ years progressive experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expert knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and IFRS standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing multi-currency transactions and international operations
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Proven track record of improving financial processes and controls
