Responsibilities
- Manage complex month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead financial statement preparation and analysis for executive stakeholders
- Oversee audit coordination and SOX compliance initiatives
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and accounting policies
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems and workflows
- Mentor junior accounting staff and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting cycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel modeling
- Demonstrated leadership in audit and compliance environments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
