Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with reconciliation accuracy
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models for executive decision support
- Manage SOX compliance documentation and internal audit coordination
- Mentor junior accountants while maintaining client relationship management
- Optimize accounting systems for efficiency and data integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling
- Proven track record of managing SOX audits and compliance
