Responsibilities
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes for multinational portfolios
- Develop and implement advanced financial modeling for forecasting and variance analysis
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal control framework optimization
- Manage complex reconciliations across multi-currency accounts and intercompany transactions
- Mentor junior accountants while maintaining technical accuracy in all deliverables
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities during examinations
- Automate accounting workflows using cutting-edge ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP)
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 5+ years in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems
- Demonstrated experience with multi-currency consolidations
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex financial discrepancies
- Proven leadership in cross-functional financial projects
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA preferred)
