Responsibilities
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and SOX adherence
- Lead complex account reconciliations and variance analysis for balance sheet accounts
- Develop and implement financial controls to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Maintain robust documentation for audit readiness and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA candidate required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in full-cycle accounting and complex reconciliations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving acumen
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
