Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 15-20 high-profile events annually (corporate galas, product launches, conferences)
- Manage $500K+ event budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, AV technicians, and marketing specialists
- Develop crisis management protocols and ensure flawless on-site execution
- Leverage data analytics to measure ROI and optimize future event strategies
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with premium venues and vendors
- Maintain relationships with C-level clients to drive business expansion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in corporate/luxury event production
- Proven success managing budgets exceeding $300K
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in event tech platforms (Cvent, Aventri, Social Tables)
- Exceptional project management and vendor negotiation skills
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ large-scale complex events
- Ability to travel 30% of the time
