Responsibilities
- End-to-end event lifecycle management: conceptualization, budgeting, vendor coordination, and flawless execution
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve strategic event objectives
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with brand identity and client KPIs
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets with meticulous financial oversight and risk mitigation
- Oversee venue selection, contract negotiations, and compliance with industry regulations
- Implement post-event analysis and reporting frameworks to measure ROI and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field with 7+ years of progressive experience
- Proven track record producing large-scale corporate/consumer events (500+ attendees)
- Expertise in budget management, contract negotiation, and vendor procurement
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Certification in event management (CMP, CMM) strongly preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Portfolio demonstrating successful event campaigns with measurable impact
