Responsibilities
- End-to-end event lifecycle management from concept development to post-event analysis
- Strategic planning and execution of 15+ high-profile corporate events annually
- Vendor negotiations and management of $500K+ event budgets
- Cross-functional leadership of creative, production, and marketing teams
- Stakeholder communication with C-level executives and external partners
- Implementation of tech-driven solutions for attendee engagement
- Risk mitigation and crisis management protocols
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive event management experience with $500K+ budgets
- Proven track record producing corporate/conference events (500+ attendees)
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in venue sourcing, vendor contracts, and logistics optimization
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, etc.)
- Exceptional project management and budget control skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience measuring event ROI
