Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and deliver 15+ premium annual events across EMEA and APAC regions
- Manage £500K+ budgets with meticulous financial forecasting and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, production, and logistics specialists
- Develop innovative event tech integrations (AR/VR, hybrid platforms) for 30%+ attendee engagement
- Forge strategic partnerships with top-tier venues, suppliers, and talent agencies
- Conduct post-event ROI analysis and data-driven optimization strategies
- Mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement in event delivery frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in corporate events management with £500K+ budget experience
- Proven track record executing 50+ international events across 3+ continents
- Advanced certification in Event Management (CSEP, CMP, or equivalent)
- Expertise in hybrid event production and immersive tech integration
- Strong P&L management and vendor negotiation skills
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one additional European language
- Proficiency in Cvent, Bizzabo, and Microsoft Power BI
