Responsibilities
- End-to-end event lifecycle management from concept to execution for 10+ annual flagship events
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, caterers, AV specialists, and internal stakeholders
- Develop detailed event budgets with <5% variance and negotiate strategic vendor partnerships
- Implement innovative event technologies (VR/AR experiences, live streaming, interactive apps)
- Oversee crisis management protocols and ensure all events maintain brand integrity
- Analyze post-event ROI metrics and implement data-driven optimization strategies
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive events management experience with $500K+ budget oversight
- Proven track record executing 50+ corporate events across 5+ countries
- Certification in CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) or equivalent designation
- Expertise in virtual/hybrid event production using platforms like Cvent or Bizzabo
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Asana, Monday.com) and CRM systems
- Exceptional negotiation skills with major venue and vendor contracts
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event design and measurable success metrics
