Responsibilities
- End-to-end lifecycle management of 15+ premium annual events (50-500 attendees)
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams (vendors, creative, tech, operations)
- Manage £2M+ annual budgets with 98% cost-efficiency
- Implement digital engagement strategies (hybrid/VR experiences)
- Conduct post-event analytics and ROI reporting
- Negotiate contracts with premium venues and suppliers
- Maintain compliance with international event regulations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in corporate events management with £1M+ budget experience
- Proven track record of delivering C-suite level executive summits
- Expertise in hybrid/virtual event technologies (Hopin, vFairs)
- PMP or CEM certification preferred
- Strong vendor management across 10+ European markets
- Advanced proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and event platforms (Cvent)
- Fluency in English and one additional European language
- Exceptional crisis management and contingency planning skills
