Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of 15+ annual events with budgets exceeding $500K
- Lead cross-functional teams (vendors, designers, marketing) to execute flawless experiences
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives
- Oversee vendor negotiations, contracts, and budget optimization
- Analyze post-event ROI metrics and deliver actionable insights
- Mentor junior staff and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate events management with agency experience
- Proven success managing events with 500+ attendees and $250K+ budgets
- Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and crisis resolution
- Strong proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- BS/BA in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
