- Conceptualize and execute end-to-end event strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets with meticulous financial oversight
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including vendors, venues, and creative partners
- Develop innovative event technologies and immersive attendee experiences
- Lead crisis management and ensure seamless on-site operations
- Analyze post-event ROI and implement data-driven optimization strategies
- Maintain relationships with premium venue partners and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive event management experience in NYC market
- Proven track record of executing 50+ high-profile events annually
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation required
- Expertise in AV production, logistics, and experiential design
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Bizzabo)
- Demonstrable success managing budgets exceeding $500K
- Exceptional negotiation skills with top-tier venue partners
- Strong leadership with experience managing teams of 10+ professionals
