Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of 15+ annual events, from concept development and vendor coordination to on-site execution
- Develop and manage event budgets exceeding $500K, ensuring ROI optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, production crews, and marketing partners
- Build and maintain relationships with premium venue partners, vendors, and key stakeholders
- Implement innovative event technologies (RFID, AR/VR) to enhance attendee experiences
- Conduct post-event analytics and reporting to measure success and identify growth opportunities
- Mentor junior event coordinators and foster a collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field with 7+ years of events management experience
- Proven track record of managing complex events (500+ attendees) with budgets over $500K
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation strongly preferred
- Expert proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Bizzabo) and CRM systems
- Exceptional negotiation skills with vendors and venue partners
- Crisis management experience with ability to troubleshoot high-pressure situations
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful large-scale events with measurable outcomes
- Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
