Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute 15+ high-profile annual events for luxury brands and Fortune 500 clients
- Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: from RFP response and budgeting to post-event analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, AV specialists, and logistics coordinators
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with premium venues, caterers, and production houses
- Implement digital integration strategies including hybrid event platforms and live streaming
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and solution-oriented problem-solving
- Oversee risk management protocols and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in events management with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven success producing luxury brand activations or corporate summits (50+ attendees)
- Expertise in budget management for events exceeding £500k
- Certification in Event Management (CEM, CMP) or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Strong vendor negotiation skills with established London/EU network
- Exceptional project management with meticulous attention to detail
- Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous
