Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-impact corporate conferences, product launches, and experiential activations for C-suite clients
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets with rigorous financial tracking and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams including AV, design, and production specialists
- Develop innovative event concepts leveraging emerging tech and immersive experiences
- Conduct post-event analysis and ROI reporting to optimize future initiatives
- Maintain strategic relationships with venue partners and key industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive events management experience with $500K+ budget oversight
- Proven success executing 50+ corporate events annually across diverse industries
- Expert knowledge of NYC venue landscape and vendor ecosystem
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
