Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute end-to-end events including conferences, product launches, and cultural festivals
- Manage budgets exceeding £500k with meticulous financial oversight and ROI optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with brand objectives and audience engagement
- Implement digital integration strategies including live streaming and interactive technologies
- Conduct post-event analysis and compile comprehensive performance reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate or large-scale event management
- Proven track record managing events with 500+ attendees and budgets over £300k
- Relevant degree in Event Management, Marketing, or Hospitality
- Exceptional vendor management and negotiation skills
- Strong proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Valid UK driving license and willingness for occasional travel
