Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of event lifecycle: ideation, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and post-event analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams (marketing, design, operations) to deliver flawless experiences for 50-500+ attendees
- Develop and manage multi-event portfolios with combined budgets exceeding £1M annually
- Negotiate contracts with premium venues, suppliers, and talent while ensuring cost-efficiency
- Leverage CRM and event tech platforms (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo) for data-driven decision making
- Create immersive event experiences through innovative theming, digital engagement, and sustainability initiatives
- Conduct post-event ROI analysis and implement continuous improvement strategies
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive experience in corporate events management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record executing complex, multi-day events across diverse industries (tech, luxury, finance)
- Expertise in budget management, vendor negotiation, and crisis resolution
- Strong proficiency in event management software and digital engagement tools
- Exceptional project management, stakeholder communication, and team leadership abilities
- Relevant degree or certification in Event Management, Hospitality, or Marketing
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ successful large-scale events with measurable impact
