Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end event experiences including corporate conferences, product launches, and luxury brand activations
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Oversee logistics, risk management, and crisis protocols for 500+ attendee events
- Leverage data analytics to measure ROI and optimize future event strategies
- Lead client relationship management and new business development initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive experience in corporate events management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record executing high-budget ($500K+) events across multiple venues
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or equivalent designation preferred
- Expert proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Aventri, Bizzabo)
- Exceptional vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Strong financial acumen with budget forecasting experience
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event design and measurable outcomes
