- Design, plan, and execute premium corporate events with budgets exceeding $500K
- Manage cross-functional teams including vendors, venues, and creative partners
- Develop detailed project timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and contingency plans
- Oversee budget allocation and financial reporting for all assigned events
- Drive client relationship management through proactive communication and solution delivery
- Leverage data analytics to optimize event ROI and post-event outcomes
- Maintain industry knowledge through trend research and vendor network expansion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in luxury event management with corporate focus
- Proven success managing events with budgets over $250K
- Expertise in vendor negotiation, contract management, and procurement
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities
- Strong creative vision with attention to detail and brand alignment
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional travel
