The Role: You'll own the end-to-end event lifecycle—from initial client briefs and vendor negotiations to on-site execution and post-event analysis. This hybrid role balances strategic planning with hands-on leadership in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of 15-20 premium events annually (conferences, product launches, galas)
- Manage £500K+ budgets with meticulous financial tracking and vendor negotiations
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (AV, production, design, marketing) for flawless delivery
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and crisis management protocols
- Analyze post-event data to measure ROI and optimize future experiences
- Nurture strategic partnerships with venues, suppliers, and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 7+ years in events management with 3+ years in senior/client-facing roles
- Proven success executing complex corporate/luxury events (£100K+ budgets)
- Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget forecasting
- Proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri) and project management tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Relevant degree or certification in Events/Hospitality Management
- Valid UK driving license and willingness for 25% travel across UK/EU
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly desirable
