Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate events, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Develop and manage event budgets, tracking costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
- Lead on-site execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues in real-time.
- Create comprehensive event timelines, run-of-shows, and risk management plans.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of managing events of $50k+ budgets.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, Asana).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client service.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
