Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end event strategies for 15+ annual high-profile corporate events
- Manage $500K+ budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ coordinators and creative partners
- Develop innovative event concepts leveraging emerging technologies (AR/VR, interactive displays)
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level clients and key industry stakeholders
- Analyze post-event metrics to optimize ROI and enhance future experiences
- Oversee crisis management protocols for live events with 500+ attendees
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive events management experience with corporate/luxury focus
- Proven track record managing $500K+ budgets and 500+ attendee events
- Certification in Event Management (CMP or CSEP preferred)
- Expertise in virtual/hybrid event production and technology integration
- Strong vendor network in NYC metropolitan area (venues, AV, catering)
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
