You will be the conductor of large-scale event ecosystems, transforming ambitious client visions into seamless, unforgettable realities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate events, from conceptualization and budget development to on-site execution.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with premium vendors, high-end venues, and specialized production teams.
- Develop comprehensive project timelines to ensure all milestones, technical requirements, and branding deliverables are met on schedule.
- Manage event budgets upwards of $500k, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI for our global clientele.
- Collaborate with cross-functional creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Conduct post-event analysis and performance reporting to drive continuous improvement and future strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional event management experience, preferably within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-day corporate conferences or brand activations.
- Expertise in event technology platforms, CRM systems, and virtual/hybrid event solutions.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a deep network of industry vendor contacts.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget tracking, contract negotiation, and profit margin analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead stakeholders and production crews under pressure.
