Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end corporate events for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage $500K+ budgets with meticulous financial reporting
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract management for venues, AV, and catering
- Coordinate logistics across multiple time zones and international destinations
- Develop post-event analytics and ROI reports for stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate event management with 3+ leadership years
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation required
- Proven experience managing budgets exceeding $500K
- Expertise in venue sourcing and vendor contract negotiations
- Strong proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Exceptional problem-solving during live event execution
- Ability to travel internationally 25% of the time
