Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute 15+ high-profile corporate conferences, product launches, and luxury brand activations annually
- Manage $1M+ event budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ stakeholders including creative, production, and marketing departments
- Develop innovative event technology integrations including AR/VR experiences and hybrid event platforms
- Implement sustainable event practices achieving 40% waste reduction across all projects
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with premium venue partners and luxury vendors
- Analyze post-event ROI and compile data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in luxury events management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record executing events for Fortune 500 clients with budgets exceeding $500K
- Certification in CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) or equivalent industry designation
- Expert proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Exceptional crisis management skills with demonstrated success in high-pressure environments
- Strong vendor negotiation expertise securing exclusive partnerships and preferential rates
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ complex events with measurable business impact
- Ability to travel domestically/internationally (25% of time)
