Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, budget, and execute 15+ annual events for global brands (50+ attendees to 2,000+ scale)
- Manage £1M+ event budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, tech, and logistics partners
- Develop innovative event tech integrations (AR/VR, live streaming, hybrid solutions)
- Drive post-event analytics and ROI reporting for client stakeholders
- Oversee crisis management protocols and safety compliance for all venues
- Expand client relationships through strategic event portfolio planning
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate events management with luxury/tech sector experience
- Proven expertise managing budgets exceeding £500K with 0% variance
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or equivalent designation
- Advanced proficiency in Cvent, Bizzabo, and venue management systems
- Exceptional vendor network across UK/Europe venues and production houses
- Fluency in English with additional European language preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ large-scale international events
- Ability to travel 40% across EMEA markets
