Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 15+ premium events annually with budgets up to $2M
- Leverage data analytics to optimize event KPIs and post-event reporting
- Manage vendor relationships including venues, AV, and catering partners
- Lead cross-functional teams (design, marketing, operations) to ensure flawless execution
- Develop innovative event technologies and hybrid experiences for global audiences
- Drive client satisfaction through strategic consulting and relationship management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in corporate event management
- Certification in CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) or CMM (Certified Meeting Manager)
- Expertise in budgeting, contract negotiation, and risk management
- Proven track record managing teams of 5+ professionals
- Advanced proficiency in Cvent, Eventbrite, and CRM platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities during high-pressure scenarios
