Responsibilities
- End-to-end event lifecycle management: ideation, vendor sourcing, budgeting, logistics, and post-event analysis
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams (design, production, marketing) to deliver cohesive event experiences
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, and AV partners
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with health/safety regulations
- Analyze ROI metrics and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
- Mentor junior staff and optimize event production workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive experience in corporate/luxury event management
- Proven track record executing 50+ events with budgets exceeding £500K
- Strong vendor network and relationships with London venues/caterers
- Proficiency in event tech: Cvent, Bizzabo, and budget management software
- Exceptional project management with PMP or similar certification preferred
- Demonstrable crisis management experience during live events
- Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ signature event campaigns
