Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-stakes corporate events, product launches, and brand activations across diverse industries.
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets, vendor negotiations, and contract compliance for global events.
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, AV technicians, and digital strategists to ensure flawless execution.
- Develop innovative event concepts integrating immersive technology, sustainability initiatives, and hybrid formats.
- Analyze post-event metrics to measure ROI and deliver actionable insights for clients.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with venues, sponsors, and industry influencers.
- Oversee risk management protocols and crisis response planning for live events.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in events management with 3+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record of executing 50+ large-scale events (500+ attendees).
- Expertise in budget management exceeding $2M and vendor contract negotiations.
- Certification in Event Management (CSEP, CMP) or equivalent industry credentials.
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri).
- Exceptional project management skills with PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event concepts and measurable business impact.
