Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute 20+ premium events annually (50-500 attendees)
- Manage $1M+ event budgets with meticulous cost control and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, production, and client stakeholders
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with brand narratives and client KPIs
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and crisis management protocols
- Analyze post-event ROI and optimize future strategies based on data insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate events management with luxury brand experience
- Proven expertise in budget management ($500K+ projects)
- Certification in Event Management (CSEP, CMP, or equivalent)
- Advanced proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Aventri, Eventbrite)
- Exceptional vendor management and negotiation skills
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complex event productions
