Responsibilities
- Lead conception and execution of 15+ premium corporate events annually (50-500 attendees)
- Manage £1M+ event budgets with meticulous financial forecasting and vendor negotiations
- Develop innovative event concepts integrating cutting-edge AV, VR, and sustainable practices
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including vendors, venues, and creative partners
- Implement post-event analytics to measure ROI and optimize future experiences
- Maintain crisis management protocols for high-profile international gatherings
Qualifications
- 8+ years in events management with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record executing complex corporate or luxury events (£500k+ budgets)
- Certification in Event Management (CSEP, CMP, or equivalent) preferred
- Expertise in venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and risk assessment
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Aventri, Eventbrite)
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative event design and flawless execution
