Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of 15+ high-profile annual events (budgets £500k-£2M)
- Strategic vendor management and negotiation with premium venues, caterers, and production teams
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ staff across creative, logistics, and client relations
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Manage complex budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting with 98% accuracy
- Oversee risk mitigation, compliance, and crisis protocols for international events
- Foster long-term client relationships through exceptional service and strategic insights
Qualifications
- 7+ years in events management with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of executing complex corporate events (minimum £200k budget)
- Relevant degree or certification (e.g., CMP, CSEP)
- Expertise in venue sourcing, AV production, and luxury experience design
- Advanced proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri)
- Exceptional project management with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong commercial acumen and P&L management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
