Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 20+ premium events annually (conferences, galas, product launches)
- Manage event budgets exceeding $1M with meticulous financial tracking and ROI analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, vendors, and client stakeholders
- Develop innovative event tech solutions (VR/AR, digital engagement platforms)
- Forge strategic partnerships with luxury venues, caterers, and A-list talent
- Implement comprehensive risk mitigation protocols for large-scale events
- Analyze post-event metrics to optimize future strategies and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive experience in corporate/luxury event management
- Proven track record managing budgets >$500K and teams of 10+
- Certification in CMP or similar designation preferred
- Expertise in venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Aventri, social wall integration)
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-profile event successes
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
