Responsibilities
- Design and execute 15+ premium annual events including product launches, galas, and international conferences
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ vendors, designers, and production specialists
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets with meticulous financial oversight
- Develop innovative event strategies leveraging AR/VR and sustainable practices
- Negotiate with Fortune 500 clients to align events with brand objectives
- Implement post-event analytics to measure ROI and optimize future experiences
- Oversee risk management protocols for high-profile celebrity and executive events
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate events management with luxury brand experience
- PMP or CMP certification required
- Proven success managing budgets exceeding $2M
- Expertise in international event logistics and cultural adaptation
- Advanced proficiency in Cvent, Bizzabo, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrable crisis management skills during live events
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
- Fluency in English and Spanish for global client interactions
