Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of event lifecycles: conception, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and post-event analysis
- Develop and execute innovative event concepts aligned with client brand objectives and ROI targets
- Manage relationships with premium vendors, venues, and partners across European markets
- Lead on-site operations for events 50-500+ attendees, ensuring flawless execution
- Create detailed project plans, risk assessments, and contingency strategies
- Monitor KPIs and deliver comprehensive post-event performance reports
- Mentor junior team members while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate/luxury events management
- Proven track record managing events with budgets exceeding £400K
- Expert knowledge of European event venues, suppliers, and regulations
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving abilities
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing complex budgets
- Professional certification in events management (CSEP, CMP, or equivalent)
- Fluency in English; additional European languages highly desirable
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complex corporate/luxury events
