- Lead end-to-end production for high-profile client events with budgets exceeding $500k.
- Develop and manage project timelines, vendor contracts, and logistical workflows.
- Oversee on-site execution, ensuring flawless delivery and brand alignment.
- Negotiate with premium global vendors to secure optimal services and pricing.
- Collaborate with creative agencies to design immersive digital and physical event environments.
- Mentor junior coordinators and ensure team adherence to internal quality standards.
- Analyze event KPIs to provide strategic post-event reporting to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in high-level event management or experiential marketing.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder corporate events.
- Exceptional project management skills with proficiency in tools like Asana, Cvent, or Salesforce.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget reconciliation and resource allocation.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for global event production.
- Exceptional interpersonal and client-facing communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
