Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategic planning and execution of large-scale corporate events and brand activations.
- Manage comprehensive event budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining premium quality standards.
- Direct cross-functional teams, including external vendors, creative agencies, and on-site production crews.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with high-profile clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Oversee venue selection, contract negotiations, and critical path management for all assigned projects.
- Implement data-driven feedback loops to evaluate event ROI and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Ensure all health, safety, and brand compliance guidelines are strictly followed during event lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in high-end event management, specifically within a corporate or agency environment.
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation, vendor management, and complex logistics planning.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior-level decision-makers.
- Mastery of project management software and event technology platforms (e.g., Cvent, Asana, Salesforce).
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm, strategic, and solution-oriented in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as project requirements demand.
