Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of large-scale corporate events, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline.
- Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies that align with client marketing and business objectives.
- Oversee vendor relationships, including negotiations, contracting, and onsite performance management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, AV, catering, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution.
- Analyze event KPIs and ROI to provide post-event reports and strategic insights to leadership.
- Drive innovation in event formats, integrating virtual and hybrid solutions to maximize engagement.
- Manage onsite staff and talent, maintaining high standards of professionalism and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in corporate events or experiential marketing management.
- Proven track record of managing complex events with budgets exceeding $500k.
- Exceptional project management skills with proficiency in tools like Asana, Cvent, or Salesforce.
- Strong negotiation skills with a history of delivering cost-savings without compromising quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- CMP or PMP certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.
