Responsibilities
- End-to-end event lifecycle management from ideation to execution and post-event analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, venues, and creative partners
- Manage multimillion-dollar budgets with meticulous financial oversight
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives
- Implement cutting-edge event technology for seamless attendee experiences
- Drive sponsor acquisition and partnership development
- Lead crisis management and contingency planning for all events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate/luxury events
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation required
- Proven success managing 50+ events with budgets exceeding $500K
- Expertise in CRM platforms and event management software
- Exceptional negotiation skills with vendor contracts
- Fluency in English and proficiency in event-specific software
