We’re seeking a dynamic leader to oversee end-to-end event lifecycles—from ideation to post-event analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences that captivate audiences and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute 15-20 high-profile corporate events annually ($500K+ budgets)
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, and production teams
- Lead 5+ person event teams through project lifecycles using agile methodologies
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Oversee risk mitigation, compliance, and crisis management protocols
- Analyze post-event ROI metrics and implement optimization strategies
- Maintain client relationships through quarterly business reviews and strategic planning
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive event management experience with corporate or agency background
- Proven success managing complex events ($500K+ budgets) for 50+ attendees
- Expertise in vendor negotiation, venue sourcing, and production logistics
- Proficiency in event tech: Cvent, Bizzabo, and CRM platforms
- PMP or CMP certification preferred
- Exceptional budget management and financial forecasting skills
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ award-winning event campaigns
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
