Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of 12-15 annual events (50-500 attendees) from conception to post-event analysis
- Manage $500K+ event budgets with meticulous vendor negotiations and contract oversight
- Lead cross-functional teams including AV, catering, and creative production partners
- Implement digital event strategies integrating hybrid and virtual components
- Develop risk mitigation protocols and crisis management plans
- Analyze post-event KPIs and ROI metrics for continuous improvement
- Maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders and executive sponsors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Management (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years progressive experience in corporate event management
- Proven track record executing complex tech conferences and luxury brand activations
- Expertise in budget management over $250K and vendor procurement
- Proficiency in Cvent, Bizzabo, or similar event management platforms
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Exceptional project management with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful large-scale corporate events
