Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute end-to-end events (conferences, product launches, galas) for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and optimize cost efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, marketers, and production specialists
- Develop innovative event strategies aligned with client business objectives and brand identity
- Oversee logistics, venue selection, technology integration, and risk mitigation
- Conduct post-event analysis and ROI reporting to continuously refine offerings
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with venues, vendors, and industry influencers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate event management with $500K+ budget oversight
- Proven track record of executing 50+ large-scale events (minimum 500 attendees)
- Expertise in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite) and virtual/hybrid event production
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation or equivalent
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with crisis management experience
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event designs and successful outcomes
