Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 50+ premium annual events including galas, conferences, and product launches
- Manage $2M+ event budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, marketers, and production specialists
- Develop innovative event tech integrations and hybrid experiences
- Forge strategic partnerships with venues, suppliers, and industry influencers
- Analyze post-event ROI and implement data-driven optimization strategies
- Maintain crisis management protocols for live and virtual events
Qualifications
- 7+ years in events management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven success executing events for 500+ attendees with $500K+ budgets
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or equivalent designation
- Expertise in event management platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and client relationship skills
- Strong understanding of NYC venue landscape and vendor networks
- Portfolio showcasing innovative event designs and measurable outcomes
