Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex corporate events ($500K+ budget) from ideation to post-event analysis
- Manage vendor relationships with venues, caterers, and AV production teams through RFP processes
- Develop detailed event timelines, risk mitigation plans, and contingency protocols
- Leverage CRM tools to track KPIs and deliver ROI-focused post-event reports
- Mentor junior event staff while maintaining strict budget adherence
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate digital experiences into live events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in corporate events management
- Proven expertise managing multi-stakeholder events with 200+ attendees
- Certification in Event Management (CMP, CSEP, or equivalent)
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Aventri, Eventbrite)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated cost-saving achievements
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ high-impact events executed in the past 2 years
